A Muslim-non-Muslim partnership
The third question of Fatwa no.
7707
Q 3: Is it permissible for a Muslim to enter into a partnership with a non-Muslim? Is it permissible to enter in an unequal partnership?
A:
It is permissible for a Muslim to go into a partnership with a non-Muslim in any lawful business. The inequality you mentioned in the question, has to be explained in detail, so we can answer your question. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
