The third question of Fatwa no. 10733
Q 3: Is it permissible for a woman to ask for divorce because her husband is sterile?
A: It is permissible for her to ask for divorce because of this reason since procreation is one of the objectives of marriage. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
